WSC-Ruffles Just for You

I haven't been playing along with the Wednesday Stamp Club challenges in the MFT Member Forum on SCS, but I should have been!! And so should you!! This week's challenge is a ruffle challenge, here are the details!!

It's All About the Ruffles
- create a project with lots of ruffles! - You can use the new ruffled ribbon or create your own ruffles using ribbon or the Die-namics Jumbo Scallop - SCS keyword - MFTWSC07282010

For my card, I used this past month's Jolinne release, Just For You. I stamped her on an MFT Perfect Panel and then colored her with my Copics. Isn't she CUTE!! My DP is from Basic Grey, and is part of the Lemonade pack. I paired it with Rose Red, Regal Rose, and Sour Apple from MFT. On my main panel, I put brads in the corners, I put them there because Jodi put them there, she put them there, cause Jody puts them there.....it's a vicious cycle, but that's the way the stampy world turns. For my ruffles, I used the new ruffly ribbon from MFT...isn't it YUMMY!! I also used the plaid ribbon.

I finished the inside using all of the same supplies, minus the ruffly ribbon. Cuuuuuuute!!
Well, that is it for me for now!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

There She Goes-Bee Happy/Puppy Love

Today we have sneak peeks of two awesome stamp sets that were illustrated by our newest TSG artist, Torico! One of our loyal fans, CraftyMathChick from the Friday Night Chats, has been asking for a dog themed stamp for soooo long and Kelli has been wanting some “cute little fat bumblebees” and as soon as Jessica started working with Torico, she knew that she would do an amazing job on both of these type of sets :) I promise that you will LOVE these cute images!
Bee Happy is a 3x4 stamp set that includes a total of 27 stamps and will sell for $7.
Puppy Love is a 4x8 stamp set that includes a total of 39 stamps and will sell for $18.
Would you like a chance to win both the Puppy Love and Bee Happy stamp sets? Here’s what you need to do: go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Puppy Love / Bee Happy Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog to add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator to receive their very own Puppy Love and Bee Happy stamp sets. The winner will be announced Saturday (July 31st) during the Release Party Chat.

Make sure to stop by the TSG Blog on Friday to see new TSG Tips & Tricks sheets featuring the brand new stamp sets! The Tip Sheets will also be available to download as .pdf files so that you can print them out to keep on hand for easy access during stamping :)

The first stop on this hop is Danielle! If you are here now, you should have come from Jessica's Blog!!

My first card was made using the SUPER CUTE new Bee Happy set. I stamped my momma bee, and her baby bee's on an MFT perfect panel, then did a tiny bit of coloring with my copics. I LOVE the new ruffly ribbon from My Favorite Things, so I used several pieces at the bottom. Cute, huh!!

Well, that is it for me for now!! Your next stop is my super sweet, amazingly talented, and momma to be BSF, JODI'S BLOG!!! Have fun!!

Winning The Race
There She Goes is proud to add another stamp set to the Stamps For A Cause collection! Kristy K. contacted Jessica back in April with an idea for a stamp set about a cause that was close to her heart- Cancer Society's Relay for Life. She, being awesome, couldn’t help but get caught up in her enthusiasm and knew that this is something that I wanted to pursue. For each Winning The Race mini set sold, TSG will donate $4 to the American Cancer Society!

Winning The Race is a 3x4 stamp set that includes a total of 10 stamps and will sell for $7 (with $4 being donated to the American Cancer Society)
Kindred Spirits
The second mini set that the Trendsetters are showing off is called Kindred Spirits. This beautiful mini set includes two different sized flower outlines as well as textured silhouette flower images that can be stamped underneath to add wonderful dimension to any project!

Kindred Spirits is a 3x4 stamp set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $7.

MTSC83 Let's Go!!

Since it is almost TEASER time, I wanted to play with some more of last month's new images from My Favorite Things. I could hardly believe that there are three Pure Innocence images that I haven't used....for SHAME!! Gonna have to fix that!!

For my card, I used Mercy's sketch from this past Tuesday, and my Pure Innocence-Are We There Yet?. She is so CUTE!! I'm not sure about my choice to use white for the top circle, but I kinda wanted it to look like all I had was a ring of the Burgundy, but now I don't know. For my scallops at the bottom, I used my Open Scalloped Die-namics....

my FAVORITE so far!! It is so fun, and I LOVE adding the little brads to them....makes them all festive like!!
Well, that is it for me for now, thanks for stopping by and have a great day. On a personal note, I am in the middle of one of the worst migraines I have ever had. Even with the strongest pain medicine I possess, I barely have it down to a dull roar and it is constant. I am trying to smile, and laugh through the pain, but I am exhausted. I can barely sleep, and the nightmare's are the worst. I had to force myself to stamp due to this being release week for both companies that I work for, but I am not what I would call THRILLED with my creations, so if they seem a little off, bare with me....hopefully, I will be back to normal soon. Thanks for listening, if you are still here!!
stamps: Pure Innocence- Are We There Yet? ink: Memento Tuxedo Black paper: Bravo Burgundy, Pink Pirouette, MFT Perfect Panel, Gina K. White, 3Bugsinarug DP(love) accessories: Copics, Cuttlebug, Circle Nesties, brads, spiral clips, SU ribbons, Die-namics Open Scallops

TESC121 Happy Birthday....RAWR!!

I haven't had a chance to play with one of my favorite My Favorite Things stamps for awhile, so I decided to get him out and have a little fun today!!
I used the super cute Little Loveosaurus set from MFT for my card today. My sketch is a past Taylored Expressions sketch, but I LOVE it!! So that it would be ready to send, and so that I could use the RAWR stamp...I had to go ahead and finish the inside. I LOVE doing that now...so fun!!

I have a tiny confession to make, and it is going to make me sound like a total DA, but I am sharing it anyway!! I have used this stamp several times, more with my BF's children, than anything, but still, I have stamped it DOZENS of times. I was blurfing the other day, and went to one of my favorite blogs, Flutter by Atomicbutterfly aka Kelly Lunceford. She made the CUTEST card with this set, and mentioned how cute it was with the little face peering out of the mouth....say what? I swear to you...I had no clue there was a face in there. When I went back to look, and I saw that there really was.....I was dumbfounded. How on earth did I miss THAT?? Told you, I'm a dork!! LMAO!!
Well, that's quite enough of embarrassing myself for one day!!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Stampbook Saturday

It is my turn to do the Stampbook Saturday post over on the There She Goes blog, so I thought I would show you a little peek of what I did here, too!!
My sister just had a baby, so I KNEW the subject of my page today would HAVE to be my new ADORABLE new nephew!! The photo printer at Wal-mart wasn't very nice to me, and would barely allow me to edit my page, but you can still see how CUTE he is!!!
For more details on what a Stampbook page is, check out the TSG blog!!

Well, that is it for me for now!! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!! Be sure to head over to the TSG blog to see where I drew my inspiration, and for more details!!
